1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when requesting a quote or contacting us: name, email, phone, company, delivery market, shipping country, project specifications, quantity, budget range, deadline, and consent choices. A quote request can also include the landing page, submitting page, referring page, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, and a session identifier so we can attribute inquiries without placing contact details in conversion-event records.

High-intent conversion events can record the tenant, page, campaign fields, session identifier, and whether a visitor opened a quote, contact, phone, or email path. Those event records do not include the name, email, phone, company, or free-text quote message.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: respond to quote requests, process orders, communicate about your project, improve our website, and — only with your explicit consent — send you product ideas and special offers.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We use infrastructure and service providers to host the site, securely store or deliver quote requests, communicate with the buyer, produce an approved order, process an authorized transaction, and arrange shipping. Those providers receive only the information needed for their role. A secure lead webhook may be configured as a redundant delivery channel.

4. Data Retention

We retain quote and order information for as long as needed to review the request, provide services, maintain business and production records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Approved aggregate research excludes direct contact fields and is subject to a minimum-sample and human-review gate. Contact us to request deletion; legal or operational retention requirements may limit what can be removed immediately.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Use our contact page for a privacy request.

6. Cookies

The first-touch attribution system uses session storage rather than a persistent advertising cookie. Separate analytics or advertising technologies must not be enabled until their consent and disclosure requirements have been reviewed for the markets where the site operates.
