Closing Gift Arrival Date Estimator
Type the date the gift must be at your office, then allowances in business days for receiving, transit, production and proof review. The Closing Gift Studio estimator steps back through them, skipping weekends, and shows when the order has to leave. It is a calendar sum and nothing else. The transit and production figures come from your written quote.
Build your plan
Enter durations from a current written quote and carrier service. Weekends are skipped; holidays, customs delays and carrier cutoffs are not modeled. A zero allowance means you explicitly allow no time for that stage.
The decision behind a closing gift inventory plan
An inventory estimate should not trigger personalization for a closing that has not occurred. Keep generic presentation packaging separate from names, addresses and dates. Confirm how buyers want their household named, and make a personal home gift distinct from promotional desk items for the agent.
Keep with your brief: Preferred household wording, confirmed closing, address format and gift recipient.

Arrival − receiving allowance − transit − production − proof review, subtracting entered weekday counts
The dispatch date is an arithmetic checkpoint, not a booked collection. If the carrier, production team or receiving contact cannot support a stage, revise that allowance and calculate again. For an international order, agree who supplies import information and receives carrier questions before approving the dispatch plan.
When must a gift ship for a Friday signing?
A loan officer wants a Key-Shaped Acrylic Closing Award on the table for a Friday signing. He does not enter Friday. He enters Wednesday, when his assistant can open the box, check the names and wrap it. From his Closing Gift Studio quote he copies the production figure and the transit figure for his office. He adds his own allowance for the borrowers to confirm how they want to be named. The estimator returns a dispatch date and, before it, the date the proof must be approved. That proof date is already close, so he messages the borrowers tonight instead of waiting for the appraisal to come back.
Check these details before using the result
- Entering the signing date as arrival
- Use the date someone can open and wrap the gift. That is earlier than the date the buyers sign.
- Forgetting that signings get moved
- Title companies reschedule. Build your own cushion into the receiving allowance; the tool adds none for you.
- Using a transit figure from memory
- Copy transit from the current quote for your exact address. A second office or a different country changes it.

Realtor Desk Nameplate
Use the title and brokerage wording the agent is authorized to display. Keep contact details to the ones useful in that setting, rather than reducing the name to make room for every social profile.

Does using the estimator hold a place for my closing gift?
No. The tool is a calendar sum on your own screen. Nothing is booked with us or with a delivery company. If the dates look workable, put the same arrival date in your quote request so it can be confirmed in writing along with the production start.
What if the result says the order should already have shipped?
Then change the plan, not the arithmetic. Ask about rush production, shorten the proof step by having the wording approved in advance, or present the gift at a move-in visit after the signing. Production at Closing Gift Studio takes no more than 7 days, so the proof and transit stages are where time usually goes.

Keep an uncertain closing date out of released engraving until its meaning and final value are approved, or choose wording that does not depend on that date.
Choose a gift that centers the recipient's new home or milestone, then decide how prominently the agent's branding should appear.
